1. Handmade & Custom Products

• All our products are handmade and may have slight variations from photos shown.
• Customized products (including photos, messages, and custom Stitchkicks) are crafted based on customer inputs, and once confirmed, cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include free shipping within India.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of order.
• For custom designs (Stitchkicks), additional customization fees will apply as displayed.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 7–12 working days before dispatch.
• Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
• Refunds are only applicable if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Raya and Threads.
• Reproduction or unauthorized use of our content or designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Raya and Threads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
