At Raya and Threads, every product is handmade and made-to-order, which makes each piece truly unique. Because of this, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

• Since our products are customized and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• To help us resolve the issue quickly, share clear photos of the product and packaging.
• If approved, we will either:
  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Please note that banking/payment gateway delays may occur.

4. Customization Disclaimer

As every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the charm of handcrafted work.
