1. Are all your products handmade?

Yes! Every item at Raya and Threads is carefully handcrafted. Each stitch is done by hand, which means no two pieces are ever the same — your product is always unique.

2. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely!

Threaded Memories: You can add 1–5 Polaroid photos and a custom message (with optional hearts) to your hoop.
Threaded Stories: Some framed artworks include a stitched message, while others are design-only.
Stitchkicks (shoes): You can order our ready designs or request a fully custom Converse Chuck 70 design by messaging us on Instagram. (Customization fee ₹1000 + base cost + shoe cost).

3.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not provide Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment at checkout

4. How do I send my photos for Threaded Memories?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation with your Order ID. Please send us your photos (1–5) via WhatsApp or email, mentioning your Order ID. We’ll print them in Polaroid style and carefully add them to your hoop.

5. What are your delivery timelines?

Since everything is handmade and made-to-order, we usually need 7–12 working days to create your product. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are personalized and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

7. How do I care for my embroidery products?

Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Gently dust with a soft cloth or brush.
Avoid water, stains, or sharp objects.
For shoes: avoid machine washing — spot-clean gently instead.
